Our automatic impulse heat sealers are designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials.
Equipped with an electronic timer and an electromagnet, automatic sealers are controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals can be maintained automatically.
A variety of seal widths allows for sealing up to 15 mil total thickness. Use this chart to determine the seal width which will best meet your requirements:
- 2.7mm seal width - Seals up to 8 mil total thickness
- 5mm seal width - Seals up to 10 mil total thickness
- 10mm seal width - Seals up to 15 mil total thickness
